Pouya Kolahi Tehran (born July 29, 1986) is an Iranian singer, songwriter and piano player. He began his music career at the age of 14 with singing, playing the piano and songwriting. In 2002, at the age of sixteen, he produced and performed a music album with his own lyrics, singing and composition, which was never released due to lack of facilities at that time. For his first music album called “The closed tailed peacock”, he has won the Barbad award (the greatest Iran’s music award) for best pop and fusion singer, as well as the honorary diploma of the best composer from the 36th Fajr music festival in 2021.
